Returns
Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original condition and with the included components and packaging where reasonably possible. If a returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and include your order number together with clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can review the issue.
Custom or personalized items
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, except when the item is defective or arrives damaged.
Order cancellations
Cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
